Candice began working for Pacific Employers in October 1999, when minimum wage was $5.75 per our. Over the years many things have changed and continue to change. She specializes in all regulatory aspects of Human Resources including, wage and hour, employee leave law and Prevailing Wage (State and Federal), hiring, discipline and termination, just to name a few. Candice has represented businesses in our community before many different administrative agencies including, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Civil Rights Department (formerly the DFEH), the EDD, EEOC, the ALRB among others.
