Mental Health 101

in honor of Mental Heath Awareness Month

It is estimated that 1 in 5 adults experience a mental health disorder each year. Many of these conditions are treatable, but many suffer in silence due to the stigma. As leaders we can help break the stigma. As leaders, we need to be educated on how to recognize the signs and be equipped with community resources. Sometimes the root cause of absenteeism, attitude, and other performance issues is mental health.

You will walk away with tips and tools for recognizing the signs and resources for your team.

This month we have the pleasure of hearing from mental health professional, Sharmeen Lakhani. Sharmeen brings over 20 years of mental health knowledge as a skilled LMFT, Administrator, and passionate Trainer.

Bring a leader with you! Please register each of them as your guest or invite them to register.

2023 membership rates will apply. Please remember to register even if you are a pre-paid member.

Also, if you do not attend the event and do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of registration, you will be charged the full amount.
