Background: Lynn Gregory is the Division Manager of Human Resources at Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency. She has served in several capacities in HR, most notably employee relations, strategic hr, and management. Lynn is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where she teaches human resources, health management, and organizational development courses. Lynn also has 20 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, serving in varying capacities. Most notably, Lynn has spearheaded the development of soft skills and technical training programs and a mentorship program, amongst many other things. Lynn possesses a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fresno, and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Chapman University. Lynn's expertise includes training and development, strategic planning, project management, and oversight of multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, leaves, payroll, training, employee relations, safety, analytics, hr business partner, diversity, equity, and inclusion
