Join us for a Live Webinar as employers try to navigate through the impacts and nuances employers are facing and will face as a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Brett Sutton will be providing an insightful update that will allow viewers to watch from the comfort of their own homes/offices/etc. Registered attendees will receive an email link to the webinar in the preceding days.

Brett Sutton is an attorney and owner of the Sutton Hague Law Corporation (www.suttonhague.com), which has offices in both California and Nevada. He has thirty years of legal practice experience and is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada. He has trained thousands in all aspects of employment law and his firm conducts bi-monthly webinars on employment law topics for employers. In 2016, he was inducted as a Fellow of the prestigious National College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, the first and only attorney in Central California to have received such an honor. He has the highest possible rating as a practicing attorney from Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating service. He has served for many years as a Contributing Editor of the leading treatise on California Employment Law. He is a Board Director of the Nevada Restaurant Association and serves on the Government Affairs Committee. Brett also serves on the Nevada Leadership Council of the National Federation of Independent Business where he provides guidance on policy, regulatory and legislative issues. Brett is a registered lobbyist in Nevada and has testified before the Nevada Legislature. Brett graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law with honors in 1989, where he was also a member of the Law Review.
