EAP and Wellness Programs

Join us for an informative luncheon as Leisa Clemente and Keely Coyle discuss the importance of developing an employee wellness program and the benefits within it. Attendees will be provided with practical tips for how to apply EAP and Wellness programs in the workplace. Bring your notepad and questions to get the most out of this session!

Bios:

Leisa Clemente is the corporate recruiter/training & development manager at California Dairies Inc. (CDI) in Visalia. Leisa has been with CDI since 2015. Previously Leisa held the position of Human Resource and Safety manager at Personnel Solutions. She is currently serving on the Core team of the Corporate Wellness Committee. Leisa was CDI's first manager of the Employee Wellness Program/ Committee and was in charge of developing the wellness program for California Dairies from the ground up. Leisa is a certified event planner, corporate trainer and had played an integral role in the development and planning of wellness/ safety fairs and political conferences throughout her career.

Keely Coyle represents Halcyon Behavioral and PhysMetrics, two Fresno-based entities providing employee benefits. Halcyon contracts with over 90 employer groups for EAP and wellness programs and manages the MHSA benefit for many of those that are self-funded. PhysMetrics contracts with employer groups throughout the state of CA and provides Chiro, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy benefits on a carve-out basis. She has happily worked with many HR professionals in her 12 years in this industry.

Keely is a former Central CA SHRM Board Member and a current Central CA Health Underwriters Association Board Member. She lives in Clovis, CA.

2019 membership rates will apply. Please remember to register even if you are a pre-paid member. Also, if you do not attend the event and do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of registration, you will be charged the full amount.
