We have consistently been awarded the Superior Merit Award for Achievement, as well as a 2006 Pinnacle Award Finalist. SHRM-TK is also a proud member of the Visalia, Tulare, and Hanford Chambers of Commerce. Our chapter is dedicated to serving and advancing the human resource profession in the Tulare and Kings County area through the networking and promotion of human resource related tools and events.

The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) of Tulare/Kings County announced at the July 20th Luncheon the recipients of the 1st Annual Workforce and Diversity Awards. The awards are presented each year to outstanding individuals and organizations who have demonstrated sustained excellence in fostering leadership and a commitment to promote and enhance equity and diversity.

The SHRM of Tulare/Kings County will be presenting awards to our
members of Companies/Organizations who demonstrate a superior
effort in Diversity. Please fill out and submit the participation request
form by June 15th and then submit your Workforce Diversity Award
