I have been working in and around HR for nearly 18 years. I have been with Triad Solutions and SinglePoint Outsourcing, a Visalia-based human resources outsourcing firm, for 5 years. The company was founded 8 years ago in an effort to help owners of small companies manage their employment related responsibilities. At that time, the focus was on small companies, primarily in construction and the trades. Over the years, we have built an infrastructure of professionals that manage everything from safety programs and workers compensation claims to payroll, benefits and employee relations. Today, we work with companies with anywhere from 1 employee to hundreds of employees, across many states and in industries ranging from non-profit and banking to education, medical services and construction. Our goal is to give the client the support they need to be an employer of choice, while allowing them to focus their time and energy on what they do best. My greatest passion is mentoring people and helping them to achieve their goals. I have had the honor of doing that within our company and now we are expanding that opportunity by launching the SinglePoint Outsourcing Development Center. Through this venture, we will deliver management training seminars throughout the valley on topics such as Effective Employee Communication and Coaching, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention, Interviewing and Hiring for Success, Business Ethics, and Business Communication Skills. Previous to my time at Triad Solutions and SinglePoint Outsourcing I worked in Los Angeles and the Bay Area for a national payroll and human resources services company, ADP, for 12 years. I am a graduate of the Business School at Cal State University, Fresno. First and foremost, I am a wife and Mom. My husband is a stay at home dad who does an exceptional job at supporting my career while giving our daughter, Hanna (8) and our son, Noah (7), lots of time and attention.
