My Human Resource job is very multifaceted at UPS. It entails workforce planning, working with finance, operations, industrial engineering to insure the correct staffing, hiring, labor relations, community relations, training of new inside part-time employees, train all new drivers, DOT qualifying all new drivers, investigate all employee concerns and workplace issues, over seeing the certification of all employees who work at Fresno International Airport, benefit education and training, working with two offices, one in Visalia and the second in San Luis Obispo that are non-union offices, doing all of the above with Merced, Fresno, Visalia and Bakersfield, there are over 1000 employees within my geographic area.

Visalia Chamber of Commerce board of directors, 2000-2005, VP of economic development 2001-2002. Creative Center Foundation board of Director 2001-present. United Way of Tulare County Board of Director 1996-2002, President of the Board 2001, Executive Board member 1997-2002. Visalia Breakfast Rotary 2000-2004. Charter President Visalia Sunset Rotary 2004-2006. American Cancer Society Consistency Team Leader, Employee/Employer Team 2005

Visalia Chamber of Commerce Business Education classroom volunteer 1999-present, Visalia Chamber of Commerce site director El Diamante High School 2001-2004. Visalia Chamber of Commerce Presidents Roundtable leader, Visalia Chamber of Commerce committee chair for Marketing, Economic Development, Volunteer for various events for the Sequoia FundVisalia Tourism taskforce member 2004-2005.

I have a wonderful wife Frony for 21 years of marriage, two sons Getty sixteen, and Cale fourteen.
